About Us - Historic RC Car Bodies

We are a small family business driven by a real passion for vintage radio control cars. We manufacture our own RC car bodies to recreate the best looking race cars for use by RC car enthusiasts, and deliver them directly to customers around the world.

Located in New Zealand, the home of some of the greatest race car drivers, including Bruce McLaren, Denny Hulme, and Chris Amon, we have a rich motorsport heritage.

The people behind the wheel at HistoricRC are:

Bruce Robertson - Race car addict, and the passion behind the RC car bodies. Bruce is a mechanical engineer and has worked in product development for both Ford of North America, and GM Holden in Australia.

Dahl Robertson - Doing the hard stuff easily. Dahl takes care of the paperwork, and makes sure orders for RC car bodies are sent quickly and correctly.
